Orders and product information

Provide accurate contact, payment, and shipping information when ordering. Review your chosen product, size, color, and shipping address before payment. Merchandise is made to order through Printful. Product images are illustrative, and colors may appear differently on different screens. Product availability may change.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Prices may change for future purchases. If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate resolution or refund. We may decline or cancel an order suspected of fraud and refund any payment collected for the canceled order.

Production, delivery, and returns

Our Return and Refund Policy explains assistance for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items and the restrictions on returns for made to order goods. Contact us immediately about an order change or cancellation. Changes may not be possible once production has started.
