Shipping policy

Made to order through Printful

No Low Tee merchandise is produced after you order. Production and shipping are separate steps. Standard production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may take longer during busy periods or when an item is unavailable.

Delivery and shipping charges

We currently offer delivery within the United States. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping time begins after production is complete and varies by product, destination, and carrier. Faster shipping does not remove production time.

Tracking and separate packages

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with available tracking information. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Check your address

Review your shipping address before placing your order. Email jasenarias@gmail.com immediately if you notice an error. Address changes may not be possible after an order enters production or ships. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be resent because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order is delayed or missing, check the tracking details and contact us with your order number and shipping address. Report a missing package as soon as possible and within 30 days of its estimated delivery date so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner.
